Click the “Help” button on your gomoney app and select the “Chat with a human” button to contact a customer success rep.
We will need the receipt of this transaction. Please open your banking app. Once there, you will find your transaction/session ID.
Send us a message containing the following details:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Transaction ID (30 digit number, starting with 11, 00, 01 or 10 that will enable us to trace the status of the transaction.)
