Yet to receive money transferred to my account

Click the “Help” button on your gomoney app and select the “Chat with a human” button to contact a customer success rep.

We will need the receipt of this transaction. Please open your banking app. Once there, you will find your transaction/session ID.

Send us a message containing the following details:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Transaction ID (30 digit number, starting with 11, 00, 01 or 10 that will enable us to trace the status of the transaction.)
  • Screenshot of the transaction receipt
