Jamiu I’d advise you to go to the branch of the bank you transferred to and let them know this so they can contact the account holder on your behalf if the account holder doesn’t not listen they will have a way that they can block them from spending the funds because they may not reveal the information to you because of privacy laws. If it is a GoMoney account contact customer service via chat or email and explain it to them.
