My name is Eriki precious with my account number 8500810937

Please I sent a sum of 39,500 from my gtb account to my gomoney account. The transaction was successful. However, the money is not reflecting in my gomoney account. I called gtb customer care and I was told to reach out to gomoney.

I have tried reaching out to gomoney one several channels. It bothers me that no I am not getting any response. Please I need my money.

It’s quite unusual that you would transfer to GoMoney and not receive the alert almost immediately. If you still have the transfer receipt I would contact them via the app and upload the receipt.
