No refund and dey receiver has recieved his funds

Good morning it’s more than 24 hours since I have been making this complaint what on earth is going on I paid for something and you guys are delaying the funds

Wat the hell is going on is either u gimme d session Id of this transaction or you refund me my money it’s over 24 hours now!!!

The transaction id is the session id give it to the corresponding bank to trace
