I’ll recommend updating to the latest version of gomoney, taking clear photos of your documents in natural light, and re-uploading them.
If you’re still experiencing the issue with upgrading after this, simply click the “Help” button in the app and a support team member would help resolve this.
more than I week I uploaded my national ID for upgrade to tier 3. I once notified that document will be reviewed in 48hours. Until nothing has been done about it. I m not getting replies on my charts on the app
