I am yet to receive the money transferred to my account

Good day.

My name is Ifeoluwa Faleye. My account number is 8139482269.

Please I sent a sum of 40,000 from my gtb account to my gomoney account. The transaction was successful. However, the money is not reflecting in my gomoney account. I called gtb customer care and I was told to reach out to gomoney.

I have tried reaching out to gomoney one several channels. It bothers me that no I am not getting any response. Please I need my money.

Provide them with the transaction number and they will trace it. Then check with the bank it left from
