There a few reasons why a gomoney account might be frozen. Some of them are:
- You signed up with invalid information
- You provided a BVN that didn’t belong to you
- You’re suspected of fraudulent activities
- You’ve been flagged by other banks as a fraudulent activities person
- You inputted the wrong login pin 5 times
- You inputted the wrong transaction pin 5 times
To unfreeze your account, simply send an email to [email protected] with subject as Frozen Account
The email should contain the following details:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone Number
- Date of Birth
- Clear Image of your ID
- Clear photo of you
- ID number typed out fully
- Clear photo of you holding the ID card
Once, this is sent, please give 48-72 hours for our team to review your request and resolve the issue
