Frozen/Blocked Account

There a few reasons why a gomoney account might be frozen. Some of them are:

  • You signed up with invalid information
  • You provided a BVN that didn’t belong to you
  • You’re suspected of fraudulent activities
  • You’ve been flagged by other banks as a fraudulent activities person
  • You inputted the wrong login pin 5 times
  • You inputted the wrong transaction pin 5 times

To unfreeze your account, simply send an email to support@gomoney.global with subject as Frozen Account

The email should contain the following details:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Phone Number
  • Date of Birth
  • Clear Image of your ID
  • Clear photo of you
  • ID number typed out fully
  • Clear photo of you holding the ID card

Once, this is sent, please give 48-72 hours for our team to review your request and resolve the issue
