In our new update, we implemented a seamless account upgrade process. However, if you’re still experiencing issues here’s how to solve it:
- Click the help button on the app
- Select the chat with a human option
Send a message titled Account Upgrade with the following details:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone Number
- gomoney account
- Email address
- BVN
- A clear photo of your ID
- ID Number (typed out)
- Photo of you holding ID
- Signature
