Account Upgrade Issues

In our new update, we implemented a seamless account upgrade process. However, if you’re still experiencing issues here’s how to solve it:

  • Click the help button on the app
  • Select the chat with a human option

Send a message titled Account Upgrade with the following details:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Phone Number
  • gomoney account
  • Email address
  • BVN
  • A clear photo of your ID
  • ID Number (typed out)
  • Photo of you holding ID
  • Signature
